Level cap is now raised to Lv. 66. Leveling spots would be Outcast land and Bio Labs.

Premium accounts get additional benefits aside from the mods. Upon login the accounts get a series of free items which vanish each time the character logs out; but re-appear upon login provided their Premium account status is still active.
